Comparison guide · primary sources
An independent comparison of the circuits currently offered by OwnHomeMap, built to help people choose a design by shape rather than sporting rank.
Comparing two motorsport circuits starts with three simple reference points: the published track length, the turn count and the broad orientation of the outline. Length describes the real route scale, but it does not predict how a design will read on a poster. Turn count helps distinguish a highly articulated line from a more open composition. A broad visual category then indicates whether the design is predominantly portrait, landscape or balanced without publishing the production vector trace. These reference points should be read with their linked sources because circuit configurations can change. The table covers only the 24 designs currently offered by OwnHomeMap; it is neither a sporting calendar nor an official list of rounds. To choose a poster, compare line legibility, negative space and the personal connection you have with the place, journey or memory represented by that circuit.

METHOD
Lengths and turn counts come from the reviewed editorial record for each circuit. Every record links its measurements to at least two primary or official sources: an organizer, circuit, local authority or federation. The comparison combines those facts without adding results, drivers, prices or sporting rank.
Visual orientation is deliberately limited to three broad categories: portrait, landscape or balanced. It helps buyers choose a composition without distributing the coordinates, exact proportions or vector traces used to produce the posters. This category does not describe circuit difficulty.
The selection reflects the purchasable designs displayed by OwnHomeMap at the review date. It does not claim to reproduce an official calendar and may be revised when the catalogue or a track configuration changes. Production data and detailed geometry remain internal to OwnHomeMap.
Outlines are derived from OpenStreetMap data © OpenStreetMap contributors, used under the ODbL. OwnHomeMap is an independent creation with no official affiliation to a championship, team or organizer.
