Custom products — no returns or exchanges

Each OwnHomeMap city map poster is a unique creation, generated to order from the city, style and options you selected. Every personalized order is final as soon as payment is confirmed and cannot be cancelled, even if printing has not started yet. Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalized products.

What you see is what you get

Yes! You can preview your creation with a protective watermark. The purchased file or poster is delivered without a watermark.

Digital products (downloads)

High-resolution digital files are available immediately after payment. Given their digital nature and instant access, no refunds are possible once the file has been downloaded.

Damaged, defective, or non-conforming product

If your item arrives damaged, has a defect, or does not conform to the order, contact support so we can review the situation. Here is how:

• Contact us as soon as you notice the damage or defect at contact@ownhomemap.com.
• Include one or more photos clearly showing the damage (packaging and product).
• Support reviews your request and explains the next steps.
