Circuit history
Monza is nicknamed the Temple of Speed. Built in 1922 in the Royal Park of Monza, it's one of the oldest and fastest circuits in the world. The long straights allow top speeds exceeding 350 km/h. The atmosphere created by the tifosi is unique — a red and yellow tide that floods the track after every Ferrari victory.
Why this circuit is special
Monza is inseparable from Ferrari. The circuit is nestled in a magnificent park and the old concrete oval banking is still visible. This is where the highest average speeds in the championship are reached. A Monza poster is a must for any motorsport fan.
