Data collected

We collect the following data:

• Email address: for order confirmation and digital product delivery.
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. For a print order, Stripe also collects the delivery name, address, and phone number during checkout. We never store your banking details on our servers.
• Map configuration: location, radius, style, and custom text, required to create your product.
• IP address: automatically collected for security and statistical analysis purposes.
• Print delivery details: name, postal address, and phone number, collected only to produce and deliver a physical print order.

Purposes of processing

Your data is used for:

• Processing and managing your order.
• Delivering the product (digital or physical).
• Sending transactional emails (order confirmation, download link).
• Improving our services and website statistical analysis.

Legal basis

Data required for an order is processed to perform the contract (GDPR article 6.1.b). Google Analytics relies separately on your consent (article 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time through the Cookie settings button.

Data recipients

Your data may be shared with the following service providers, strictly necessary for the performance of the service:

• Stripe (Stripe, Inc., United States): payment processing. Stripe is GDPR compliant.
• Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd, Lithuania): website hosting.
• Resend (Resend, Inc., United States): transactional email delivery.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland): audience, acquisition-channel and conversion measurement after consent. Any processing outside the EEA is covered by Google's applicable contractual safeguards.
• Print production and delivery providers: only the name, address, phone number, and order details needed to produce and deliver your physical prints.

Data retention

Your personal data is retained for 3 years after your last interaction with our services. Billing data is retained for 10 years in accordance with French accounting and tax obligations. User- and event-level Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy.
• Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data under the conditions provided by law.
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object: object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds.
• Right to restriction: request the limitation of processing of your data.

Cookies

With your consent, Google Analytics sets the first-party _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions for no more than 13 months, without renewal. The strictly necessary ownhomemap_consent local storage entry stores your choice for 6 months. We send pseudonymous identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location derived from the IP address, sanitized channel or referrer, allowed UTM values, pages, interactions and ecommerce data including the transaction ID. Emails, tokens, customized text and precise coordinates are excluded. Google Signals and ads personalization are disabled.

Complaints

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with regulations, you may file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL): cnil.fr.
