Returns, exchanges, and defects

Every personalized order is final as soon as payment is confirmed and cannot be cancelled, even if printing has not started yet. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If a printed poster arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not conform to the order, contact support. Digital files are non-refundable after download.
